Michael Pool is the Vice President of Operations for MCS Fire & Security. In this role he is responsible for revenue profitability of this business unit. He will manage the Operations and Services Teams to ensure delivery of top of the line solutions for customers and deliver profitability through managing P&L responsibilities. He will oversee operations for Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Denver, and Austin. He will work directly with the President of the business unit to ensure that the branches are delivering to budgeted expectations. Prior to this role, he was the General Manager for the San Antonio and Austin branch offices of MCS Fire & Security. Here he very effectively managed the overall profitability of the branches as well as the Operations, Services and Sales Teams. His strong execution to plan and leadership abilities earned him a promotion with the business unit. |
