Your safety and security system is monitored and controlled from the Waste Management Life Safety Control Center (LSCC) in Houston, Texas. The state-of-the-art command center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year with completely redundant backup systems and an alternate control center in Austin, Texas.

- CCTV monitoring & malfunction alarm on key business processes
- Cash drawer monitoring via CCTV with the ability to match transaction data to each transaction right on the screen
